Terms of Service

MeshWish is an AI-assisted parametric CAD modeling service operated by xiaolouge, an independent developer. These Terms cover the MeshWish website and app. By using MeshWish you agree to them.

1. The Service

  • • You describe a part or product, optionally with reference images, and an AI agent writes parametric build123d code for it and builds the model in an isolated sandbox.
  • • You can adjust a model’s parameters, keep its versions, export it (STEP, STL, 3MF, glTF) and publish it to the gallery.
  • • MeshWish is in early access: people on the waitlist are invited as access opens.

2. Accounts and Sign-in

  • • Sign-in is provided by Clerk, with your email or a supported third-party account.
  • • Keep your account information accurate and your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits, Subscriptions and Billing

  • • Plans, credit packs and their prices are listed on the Pricing page.
  • • Running the AI agent uses credits. A request is charged as it runs, so its cost depends on how much work it takes.
  • • Credits come from the sign-up grant (expiring one month after sign-up), your subscription (granted each billing period and expiring at its end, without rollover) and credit packs (valid for 12 months after purchase), and are spent in that order.
  • • Some features, such as exporting models and buying credit packs, may require an active subscription; the Pricing page shows what each plan includes. Credit-pack credits stay in your account until they expire, even after a subscription ends.
  • • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
  • • Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, acting as the Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are handled by Waffo Pancake at checkout.
  • • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and until then you keep your plan and its credits. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.
  • • Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

  • • To request a refund, email support@meshwish.ai from your account’s email address with your order details. Each request is reviewed individually.
  • • Approved refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake for the whole order; partial refunds are not offered.
  • • When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted are taken back; any of them already used become a balance owed, which later credits pay off first.
  • • Except where required by applicable law or provided otherwise by Waffo Pancake’s refund policy, fees for completed billing periods and credits already used are generally non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

  • • Do not use MeshWish for anything unlawful, infringing or harmful, including designing items that are illegal to make or possess where you are, such as firearms or their regulated parts.
  • • Only upload reference images and content you have the right to use.
  • • Do not bypass credits, quotas or access limits, overload or attack the service, reverse engineer or scrape it, or try to break out of the modeling sandbox.

6. Your Content and Intellectual Property

  • • You keep the rights to your prompts, reference images and the models you create. You grant the operator a limited license to store, process and run them only to provide the service to you.
  • • When you publish a model to the gallery, other users can see it and use it within the gallery’s features.
  • • The MeshWish service, its software and its design belong to the operator and may not be copied without permission.

7. AI Output and Manufacturing Risk

  • • Models are generated by AI and may contain errors in shape, dimensions or fit; check them before you rely on them.
  • • MeshWish’s checks help find common modeling problems but are not engineering, safety or manufacturing certification; before making a model, confirm it suits your material, printer, use and loads.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

  • • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • • To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • • The operator’s total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for MeshWish in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

  • • You can stop using MeshWish at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing support.
  • • The operator may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
  • • Your data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • • Material changes are announced on this page or in the product. Continuing to use MeshWish after a change means you accept it.
