Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data MeshWish, operated by independent developer xiaolouge, collects through its website and app, how it is used and the rights you have.

1. Data We Collect
- • Waitlist: if you join the waitlist on this website, your email address, language and the time you signed up.
- • Account data: the email, display name and avatar Clerk provides when you sign in to the app.
- • Project data: your prompts, reference images, generated code, model files and versions, and the working files and conversation history the agent needs to continue a project.
- • Billing data: your plan, orders, credit history and Waffo Pancake’s order and subscription IDs.
- • Technical logs: IP address, browser details, and request and error logs, used to run the service and fix problems.
2. What We Don’t Collect
- • We never see your card number; payment details are handled by Waffo Pancake.
- • MeshWish uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Cookies and local storage are used only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as language and theme, and where you left off in a project.
3. How We Use Data
- • To provide the service: running the AI agent, building and storing your models, counting credits and handling subscriptions.
- • To tell people on the waitlist when access opens.
- • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems and send essential service notices (no marketing emails).
4. Service Providers
- • Vercel: hosts this website.
- • Google: stores the waitlist (Google Sheets).
- • Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
- • AI model providers: process your prompts and reference images to write the modeling code.
- • Waffo Pancake: payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds, as the Merchant of Record.
- • Hetzner: app servers and database (in Germany).
- • Cloudflare: network access, file storage (R2) and backups.
- • Each receives only the data it needs for its part of the service. We do not sell your data.
5. Public Content
- • Models you publish to the gallery, with their names and descriptions, are visible to everyone until you unpublish them.
6. Data Retention
- • Waitlist entries are kept until we invite you or you ask us to remove yours.
- • We keep your account and project data while your account exists. Deleting a project removes it from your account and schedules its stored files for deletion.
- • To delete your account, email support@meshwish.ai from your account’s email address; we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
- • Database backups are deleted on a rolling basis after about 30 days; billing records are kept longer where the law requires.
7. Security
- • The whole site uses HTTPS. Download links for the files of your unpublished projects are issued only to your account and expire shortly; models you publish to the gallery are public, as described in section 5.
- • AI-generated code runs in an isolated sandbox, and payment webhooks are signature-checked.
- • No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your Rights
- • You can email support@meshwish.ai at any time to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, including your waitlist entry.
9. Children
- • MeshWish is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to This Policy
- • Material changes are announced on this page or in the product, and the date above is updated.
